About this course

The NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Children & Young People develops advanced practice and supervisory skills for practitioners ready to take on more senior responsibility within children's services. It builds on the foundations of Level 3, deepening expertise in safeguarding, supervision and coordinating support for children and young people. This qualification is the natural next step towards the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People's Services.
