Overview

About this course

The NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care builds on the foundations of Level 3, developing the supervisory, specialist and reflective practice skills required for senior care roles. It is designed for care workers who are ready to take on more responsibility — supervising others, coordinating care delivery, and acting as a source of expertise within their team. This qualification bridges the gap between hands-on care work and formal leadership, giving experienced practitioners the recognised qualification needed to progress towards the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care.
