About this course

This Level 5 diploma is tailored for experienced practitioners working in adult health and social care services who are moving into, or are already in, senior management roles. Its purpose is to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding required to lead, manage and improve services for adults, ensuring person-centred care, compliance and organisational effectiveness. Who should apply

Level 3 qualification in health and social care or equivalent experience
Currently working in or managing a care setting
