Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex cases involving vulnerable adults and children
- Supervise and mentor junior social workers
- Lead multi-agency safeguarding meetings
- Conduct assessments and risk evaluations
- Prepare court reports and give evidence
- Champion service improvement initiatives
Requirements
- BSW or MSW degree plus Social Work England registration
- Minimum 3 years post-qualifying social work experience
- Knowledge of Children Act 1989/2004 or Care Act 2014
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Resilient with ability to manage stress effectively
- Driving licence required for home visits
